You can cancel your enrollment in any of our courses at any time. However, to be eligible for a refund, the cancellation must occur within the specified refund period.

- Cancellations made after the refund period will not be eligible for any refund, but you will retain access to the course materials for the duration of your original purchase agreement.

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
- You must not have downloaded any offline materials or resources provided in the course.
